It doesn’t get much more convenient than this location given the proximity to the M1, M50, Airport, the DART station at Clongriffin and the Quality Bus Corridor (QBC) on Malahide Road. There are a number of local shops and parks within easy walking distance and two new Primary Schools accommodating 1000 pupils are planned to open adjacent to Parkside. In addition, a second Linear Park with 5 a-side football pitch, Basketball Court area and Toddler Play area will open at the same time.
Other great places to unwind nearby include Malahide, with it’s marina, tennis club, castle and grounds, just a few minutes drive up the road, and St. Anne’s Park and Dollymount Strand for evening strolls or a Sunday walk.
Parkside is so well located for a multitude of transport facilities with the Malahide Road Quality Bus Corridor (QBC) to the City Centre, the DART station at Clongriffin just a 15 minute walk away, and easy proximity to the M50 and Port Tunnel.
The Board of Management of St. Francis of Assisi and Educate Together have formally lodged an application to develop two new Primary Schools on lands south of the current phase under construction at Parkside. The development will consist of two 2-storey 16 classroom Primary Schools with a total combined floor area of approximately 5500 sq.m. The plans include a woodland garden area, ball courts and associated landscaping. These two new modern school facilities will provide a wonderful anchor to the community at Parkside.
